1. Correct server: Make sure you selected the exact MT5 server name shown in your ATH Market dashboard. (Server: ATH Markets Ltd.)

2. Login number: Use your MT5 account number, not your ATH Market email.

3. Password: Confirm you’re using the MT5 trading password. If needed, reset it from your dashboard or contact support.

4. Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and your MT5 terminal shows the correct server status.
